Prompt responsive service from start to finish. Jenna was transparent in all aspects and was very timely with everything provided. She set fair expectations and exceeded timelines, the price never changed and she was very pleasant to deal with each time she reached out. I would highly suggest JSN should you have the need for auto repairs.

Was able to get my in quick and get my vehicle back to me in just a few hours. They didn’t push any products and offered things that were actually needed. The manager and front desk receptionist were great

Great price on 4 tires for my wife’s car. Bryan even charged me a few dollars less than he quoted. Clean waiting area. Another great experience done in 1 hour and a half as promised. Thanks again 11/19/24 update I stopped to have my tire check bc I was losing air. They gave me the price to patch tire upfront and to the penny. Called an hour later to tell me it was done and ready for pickup. If you have a tire problem, drive past the dealers (especially any Morgan Automotive group) and stop at JSN. I’m very pleased with my experience with JSN. I have a car that runs great but is over 20 years old. When I’ve brought it to other mechanics for service I’m given a laundry list of a million things they want to do to make it “like new again” which is completely unnecessary and unrealistic. JSN listened to me and understood that I just wanted maintenance to be done to keep it safe and reliable. They gave me an estimate and when they began the work, they saw that the leak was not where it appeared to be on first inspection. The job was less involved as a result so my cost was several hundred dollars less than expected! Their honesty and professionalism is hard to find these days, but truly very appreciated. I highly recommend this family-owned business.

The manager Genna was a great help . I called asked for a quote and they got me in very quickly. Juan the tech did a great job and was very friendly and helpful when I asked a few more questions. Definitely recommend this place

As a an ex fighter jet mechanic and former dealership service advisor for over 10 years this is the kind of place I bring my vehicle. Brad and Jenna are very professional and competent. The shop owner went the extra mile to help me feel like he cared about getting my truck done right. This was an expensive repair on an 18 year old truck and sometimes things can compound, more parts are needed, technology doesn't always cooperate, and the schedule doesn't go the way you want. But I was still satisfied when I picked up my truck. It was nice to see that the staff and owner cared about my experience. Tip for the general public, try to be patient and understanding about the repair process. There is far more involved than what you think you know, and if you treat the people that fix your vehicle with dignity and respect you may still have to spend $2300 to fix your broken vehicle but you will walk away with the right information, a real understanding of what happened, and a place and people you trust when you need help. Great job JSN, see you in 5000 miles.

Fair prices compared to dealership and another auto repair shop. Personable Staff and professional. Genna, service manager has great automotive knowledge. She also directed me to a local auto body repair shop that is very fair with their cost.

Came with 3 cars one had to be towed from another business that treated us poorly. I showed up and wow. Gemma at front was the kindest person. She helped get all 3 back running and safe again to drive. The prices were amazing also. They are now my go to for any of my cars.
